How to reduce stress?

Hey and Asalamualaikum~

Today My entry just common one..'how to reduce stress'! yes that's it...how to reduce stress? Now days, a lot of thing happened around us make us felt stress, unbalanced and uncomfortable. eg: final exam, project, work paper, moneys, jobless, etc and etc...

so~for those who have critical stress condition now(maybe like this picture below)

well~i guess u should have stress management. Yes, stress management existed, not only business management, engineering management( kk fine merapu da...=.=")

before i talked about stress management..maybe i should touch a lit bit about stress symptom :

Stress symptom could happened to woman and men.

1. Stress symptom for men and woman

i.  Physical signs
  • Chest pain
  • Pounding heart
  • High blood pressure 
  • Shortness of breath
  • Fatigue
  • Diminished or increased sex drive
  • Muscle aches, such as back and neck pain
  • Headaches
  • Dizziness
  • Clenched jaws and grinding teeth 
  • Tight, dry or a feeling of a lump in your throat
  • Indigestion
  • Constipation or diarrhea
  • Increased perspiration
  • Stomach cramps
  • Weight gain or loss
  • Skin problems
ii.  Psychological signs

  • Sadness
  • Depression
  • Crying
  • Withdrawal or isolation
  • Insomnia
  • Mood swings 
  • Worry
  • Restless anxiety
  • Irritability, anger, decreased anger control
  • Overeating or anorexia
  • Feelings of insecurity 
  • Decreased productivity
  • Job dissatisfaction
  • Changes in close relationships
  • Increased smoking, increased use of alcohol and drugs

  • Difficulty concentrating
  • Forgetfulness
  • Worrying
  • Thoughts of death
  • Poor attention to detail
  • Perfectionist tendencies
  • Indecisiveness
  • Feeling helpless
So, do u think u have those symptom??? if yes, u need to cure the stress with stress management before u became like fellow below~>.<

1. GET A GOOD NIGHT'S SLEEP

2. EAT A HEALTHY DIET (DGR TUE SYANG??!)

3. EXERCISE ON A REGULAR BASIS

haaa~jangan jd macam nie baru nak exercise k?air mata berdarah pon
tak guna daa!!!

3. ENGAGE IN AT LEAST ONE PLEASURE ACTIVITY EVERY DAY

i don't really like my boy play video game whole d time, but since it's
 can reduce his stress level, i don't mind now :)

4. STOP SMOKING

i am really proud of u my dear ^^

5. SET REALISTIC GOALS FOR YOURSELF, YOUR JOB AND YOUR FAMILY

yes!goals that will not stress you out.

6. DEEP BREATHING EXERCISE

yoga is really good to practice!

7. DANCING

yeyeye~pop yeah2!menari lah sepuas hati
walupun keras mcam kayu!=.=" 

8.DREAMING
sometimes, tak salah kan angan2?dari mana datangnya
kenyataan kalau tak dari angan2 kan. :)
(tp agak2 jugak la...kalau sepanjang hari takde makne nya jugak!!)

9.HUGGING

yes!hugging can be good medicine to any illness!
(adui...terselah keboncetan kamu~haahaha)

For my sayang~u can hugging meaw n also pillow k??^^

10. LAUGHING

yes~laughing can b a very2 good cure to stress^^

11. LISTENING TO MUSIC

one of my beasties told me, to forget problem, on the music loudly.
(yes!i admit it, it's work! thank to her, it very good approach btw :) )

12. WALKING

stroll dan berjalan sekejap b4 continue back work!

13. BICYCLING

takkan kalah dengan kangaroo kot?kk whatever~>.<"

14. PAINTING
 and finally, painting...show ur hidden talents :)..who know u can be 2nd lernado da vinci...kk...berangan jer lebey~

saya suka gambar nie, seribu makna :)
actually, saya juga reduce my stress with painting, that y kadang2 saya melukis dtngah2 tak kala menjawab soalan matematik yang super mencabar dan soalan2 course electronic yang macm imposibble dek akal mahu diselesaikan...huhuhu, saya akan berenti sekejap dalam half an hour and painting anything yg terlintas d fikiran, tak semestinya mcam gambar di atas k...lol...bertuah glak kalau dapat lukis mcm yg di atas...saya pon tak bazirkan masa ambk degree lagi...yala..dah terer melukis~hahahah

Ps: so i hope you can handle your stress. best of luck from me. I know you can do it, doing something with fun and lot of interest, not because u have(terpaksa) to do it. Have nice sleep, rest, make sure get enough nutrition~^^.
